General Overview
Creekside in Erie Association is located in Erie, Colorado at Telleen Avenue and East County Line Road. The Association consists of 184 single family homes and townhomes and was established in 2004. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

A playground is located within the community at roughly the intersection of Telleen Ave & McGregor Cir. It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits!

Within the community is a gazebo/pergola available for homeowner use. This amenity is a wonderful place to enjoy friends, have lunch, or even host full-blown social gatherings outside.
